Located on the beautiful Akrotiri peninsula in Crete, this villa can accommodate up to 10 people and offers direct access to the sea from the rocky coast. The villa has 4 main bedrooms and a second living room with 2 sofa beds. All rooms have a breathtaking view of the sea.
Located in a private area, the villa is only a 20-minute drive from the historic Venetian town of Chania, also known as “Little Venice”, and a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Luxury villa of 280 m² on 2 floors comprising a sea-facing master bedroom, located at pool level, with a large stone wall and en-suite bathroom, a master bedroom facing the sea with a bathtub of designer en-suite, a oceanfront master bedroom with shower separated by designer glass bricks, a master bedroom with a view of the sea and the “white mountains” with en suite wellness shower.
An independent bathroom, a living room facing the sea with open kitchen and access to the main terrace, a seafront living room with 2 quality sofa beds and access to the upper floor terrace. This living room has been specially designed to be closed as a real fifth bedroom for 2 adults.

A 50 m² mosaic infinity pool with children’s area, a 30 m² sunbathing area by the pool with elegant wooden loungers., two outdoor terraces covered by a pergola with additional lounge furniture and loungers, an outdoor dining and breakfast area et a the “dream zone” with 2 deck chairs, located halfway to the sea.

The area
Tersanas enjoys a breathtaking view of the sunset in the bay of Chania and the Aegean Sea, with many golden sandy beaches nearby. The beautiful beaches of Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros are within minutes of the villa and all have nice fish restaurants and beach bars. Stavros is a beautiful cove with a small harbor where the Oscar winning movie “Zorba the Greek” was filmed. The area is perfect for relaxing and has many monasteries and caves waiting to be explored in the mountain range that stretches along the peninsula. Nearby you will find many supermarkets, restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine, as well as horseback riding, sailing and scuba diving.
