The Regal Residence is divided into three levels, covering a total of 185 square meters and accommodating up to 10 people in its 5 bedrooms. Its modern architecture, contemporary design and large openings let in fresh air and sunlight throughout the day, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Regal Residence captures the essence of chic and luxurious living and its elegantly furnished surroundings, minimal decoration and beautiful outdoor space, ensure a vacation without comparison.

Ground floor
Lower Floor
The lower floor of Regal Residence houses one of the bedrooms, with two single beds (which can be combined to form a king-size bed), a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a 32-inch HDTV. The room also offers direct access to the outdoors, and guests can access the pool deck via a staircase. This room offers privacy within your group and a stunning view of the sea and forest below.
Ground floor
Entering through the main door of the villa and climbing a few steps, you will reach the central entrance of the property which opens to an open space, consisting of the living room and dining room. The large floor to ceiling glass doors offers incredible views of the Cretan Sea, the surrounding area and the town of Chania, while providing direct access to the pool terrace. The living room has 3 comfortable sofas, a 55” LED TV with Netflix, a PS4 game console, a Bluetooth speaker, as well as an indoor dining table. In addition, next to the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and an additional breakfast table for 4 people. Finally, there is also a toilet on the first floor.

First Floor
Using the elevator or the wooden stairs, you will reach the second floor of Regal Residence, where two of the rooms are located. Both rooms have a bathroom with shower cabin, a private balcony with garden furniture, a 32″ television, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a safe and 2 single beds each (which can be combined to form a super king size bed, 1.80 X 2.00).
Second Floor
Following the stairs up, guests will find the two master bedrooms of the Regal residence. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi tub with whirlpool, 32″ television, closet, dressing table, safe and two single beds (which can be combined to form a super king size bed, 1.80 X 2.00).
