Villa Almond is a beautiful modern villa, built on an area of 20,000 m², a private oasis for summer and winter vacations. The building is surrounded by olive trees, seasonal fruit trees, such as cherry, peach, pomegranate, etc. and a private vineyard.
Guests can participate in the process of harvesting and pressing the grapes, which are active in the traditional stone press in September. Daily agricultural activities are organized in the surrounding area, such as growing vegetables and herbs and picking olives.
Located in the hills above the sea, the villa offers a beautiful view of the landscape and provides quality accommodation around in the area of Kalamitsi Alexandrou in Apokoronas, near Chania.

The main house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 private), the fully equipped kitchen for optimal living and the open space, in which the dining room and the living room are located, all around the pool. The breathtaking view of the “White Mountains” complements the view from the private pool and the comfortable outdoor space, where you can prepare your meal with family or friends on the barbecue and enjoy it in the shaded dining room.
On the same floor there is an independent apartment, which includes a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, in an open space.
Interiors
The basement
In the basement of the building there is a wine cellar where the traveler can buy and taste the wines of his choice during his stay.
This place also has a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a dining room where they allow the tenant to enjoy moments of tasting and relaxation. Outside, children can spend pleasant moments in the playground or playing ping-pong. At the entrance, there is a private and secure parking lot and a ramp to facilitate wheelchair entry.
The area
The ancient sites in the vicinity, such as the monastery of Agios Georgios (Karydi), the open-air theater of Mikis Theodorakis in Emprosneros, the ancient Aptera, as well as the historical museum of Gavalochori, give the traveler the opportunity to get to know elements of the local culture. The nearest village is Vrises where you can find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, ATMs and stores selling traditional products. The medical center is in Vamos, only 1 km from the accommodation.
