- Upper ground floor: There is a living room and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. You will find direct access to the terrace with its own living space overlooking the pool. Both corners of the terrace have a patio with tables for breakfast, meals, and other moments of family or friends’ gatherings.
- Lower ground floor: There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a service area equipped for laundry and ironing. There is direct access to the pool and the winter garden.
- First floor: The master bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, overlooks the pool and has a balcony that offers a magnificent view of the sea. The balcony is equipped with chairs and a small table for a comfortable breakfast.
Each room is equipped with A/C.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is located next to the indoor/outdoor living and dining areas.

The luxury rental villa is located on the Akrotiri Peninsula, near the village of Tersanas, 14 km (25 minutes by car) from Chania, the second-largest city in Crete and also considered the most beautiful. With its Venetian-era commercial port and ancient ruins, it is a vibrant city that is a must-visit for those curious to explore the local culture inherited from centuries of exchanges between empires and civilizations.
The region is also an excellent starting point to discover the most beautiful beaches of the island: Balos Lagoon, Falassarna Beach, Elafonissi Lagoon, and more. The famous Stavros Beach, featured in the film “Zorba the Greek,” is located not far from the villa. Excursions in the area include visits to several monasteries or swimming in small coves. The sandy beach of Tersanas is just 1.4 km away.
Crete offers more than just beaches and monasteries; high mountains and gorges carved into the landscape await you for unique hikes between land and sea, allowing you to discover numerous historical sites. In addition to excellent cuisine, you can taste wine and purchase honey and olive oil.
The Chania Airport is located 8 km from the villa, approximately a 15-minute drive. The Heraklion Airport is a 2-hour and 20-minute drive away.
