Villa Terra Creta accommodates 10 to 12 people in the comfort of a modern Cretan luxury villa design. The property is characterized by elegance, comfort, and discretion.

The villa is located in one of the most spectacular places in Greece and boasts a panoramic view, primarily of the picturesque town of Chania and its landmark, the renovated lighthouse at the old Venetian harbor. Additionally, guests can enjoy views of both the blue Aegean Sea and the famous White Mountains of Crete, which are usually covered with snow from November until late May. This makes Villa Terra Creta a wonderful safe haven to visit throughout the entire year.

There are two bedrooms on the upper ground floor, one bedroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the lower ground floor. The house features a modern architectural design that blends perfectly with its mature garden and the surrounding landscape. Indoor and outdoor living spaces harmonize seamlessly, making it equally suitable for all seasons throughout the year.

Villa Terra Creta is ideal for a holiday break, a reunion of any kind, an anniversary celebration or even a small scale wedding event.

On the upper ground floor, you will find a master bedroom consisting of a private relaxing lounge space, a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a private heated plunge pool, and a private office space. The second bedroom features two single beds and a private bathroom with its own Jacuzzi bathtub.

On the ground floor, there is a studio with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private living room with direct access to the swimming pool area. Additionally, the ground floor offers two separate living areas with a dining area and a kitchen where all guests can share rare moments of conviviality.

Two more bedrooms are available on the lower ground floor, along with a fully equipped gym and a spa area featuring a Turkish steam bath, a Scandinavian sauna, and a massage space. Additionally, a separate private studio with its own entrance is available upon request

You’ll love spending time outside Villa Terra Creta, watching magnificent sunsets around its 11 x 7 m ecologically purified and infinity heated pool with its pool bar. The shaded and non-shaded outdoor living areas will serve as the central gathering spot, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, relax on the comfy loungers, have BBQ or wood oven-cooked meals, and also enjoy sunsets overlooking Chania and the Aegean Sea.

The Mediterranean botanical garden is accessible from the lower ground floor and visible from anywhere in this luxury Cretan villa. It provides a comfortable area to enjoy relaxing family moments, with a playground for kids and a small artificial reflecting pool. Numerous seating areas with couches and chairs are available throughout the garden. Make the most of the special sitting “cave” area, where you can stay cool in the shade near the high table with stools.”
