As soon as you enter the villa, you will be struck by the spectacular sea views visible from every room. The villa, with over 2,000 sq.m. of beautifully landscaped exterior spaces, provides the perfect setting for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The heated Infinity Swimming pool of 67 sq.m. is perfect for a refreshing swim while taking in the stunning views.
This villa offers a perfect blend of modern design and natural Cretan terrain, with the use of onyx, luxurious gold details, natural stone, iroko decking, and bespoke furniture constructions throughout the house. The luxury bespoke lighting fixtures add to the overall ambiance of the villa.

The villa features a cinema room with a smart TV of 65 inches and a Playstation 5. The living room also features a smart TV of 55 inches and the fully equipped kitchen, with Smeg appliances, provides the perfect space to cook and dine with friends and family.
Each of the five bedrooms features a large opening with an excellent view and a private bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. In two of the bedrooms, there is the possibility of adjusting two single beds, making it ideal for families with children.
For those who need to stay connected and isolated during their stay, the villa rental also features a private office desk located in the cinema room.

Villa Thyrsus is only 5 minutes away from Kokkino Horio and the village of Plaka with tavernas and mini-markets. Ideally located between the historic Venetian cities of Chania and Rethymnon it is only 45 minutes from Chania airport.
There are many options when visiting local beaches in the area: the ‘Secret Beach’ is a small secluded beach 800 meters from Kokkino Chorio and the village of Almyrida has a lovely sandy beach with many seafront restaurants and shops. This beach also offers numerous watersports activities for those guests who are more adventurous, including diving, paddle boarding, wind surfing and sailing.
The villa is perfectly situated between the city of Chania and the large town of Rethymnon and both offer historic charm and are beautiful to visit.
